FAQs

Sprouting answers to your most common questions.

How does weekly ordering & pickup work?

We'll text/email you each week before we harvest, and you'll have until that week's cutoff time (Wednesday at 3pm) to add extras to your order, or to notify us if you need to place a hold on the week's share.

If you miss your Saturday pick-up, your box will be held until 1:00pm that day. After that, it will be donated unless you’ve contacted us prior.

What happens if I go on vacation/need to skip a week?

While we'd never advise skipping your veggies, we understand that life gets busy! Every week, you'll receive a text message alert when our harvest starts, with the option to add extras, or place a vacation hold, by Wednesday at 3pm to opt out of the week's order at no charge.

Members are entitled to 1 vacation credit per 8 weeks. Farm credit is not redeemable for cash.

Can I add-on extras?

Yes! Members get access to our add-on shop every week.

Do you accept SNAP/EBT?

We do–EBT Customers can join for $20/week with Double Bucks.

What am I committing to at sign up?

CSA shares are non-refundable—we plan and plant specifically for you.

CSA, or Community Supported Agriculture, is a model where individuals pledge financial support to local farmers before the growing season begins, in exchange for a share of the harvest. It's a partnership rooted in community, sustainability, and mutual benefit.

CSA members typically pay upfront for their share of the harvest, providing farmers with crucial financial support early in the season. This investment helps cover farming expenses, such as seeds, equipment, and labor, while also enabling farmers to offer produce at affordable prices and support low-income communities.

If you need to cancel mid-season, we encourage you to donate your remaining shares to a local community member in need. We’re happy to help coordinate.
